Application Update

This option will have your application software program updated using the resources of the application's website (note that we don't require you to have an internet connection for us to do this).  Software companies will periodically make enhancements and "bug fixes" available for your version of their software.  When software is just-released, these updates occur fairly often, and generally taper off after a year or two.

Application updates are delivered in a wider variety of forms than other types of updates, and often range in complexity.

Plan for ½ to 1 hour for this.
