Hard Disk Defragmentation - Attended

This service will re-write disk files in contiguous blocks.  Normally, over time, files become segmented as you delete files and create others.  Since disk heads must travel farther to read these files, it takes longer for them to load, and your computer may slow noticeably.  Depending on how you use your computer, defragmentation is a good idea, but we recommend it be done no more than every couple of months or so.

This "attended" version provides that we monitor your machine throughout the process.  In addition, we will also defragment your paging/virtual memory file using special software.

Plan on 2-3 hours for this.
