"The Works"

This service is available if your PC has multiple problems, or you just wish to have your current computer completely refurbished.  It falls under our labor charge cap guidelines and, thus, is extremely cost-effective.  Following our initial inspection, we will contact you to advise of any hardware that requires replacement, the cost of the parts, and your options.  You may also choose to add or upgrade components (like memory or hard drive) and have the upgrades all covered under "The Works".

The Hardware services performed are:

bulletHardware testing to determine initially-failing components.
bulletComplete disassembly and wet-cleaning of systemboard, cables, cards, memory and processor (includes new thermal compound).
bulletFailing, marginal, and common* components are replaced (pending your approval).
bulletHard drive surfaces are tested for reliability

*[Common components routinely replaced are case/processor fans, systemboard battery, and (optionally) hard drives. If a functional hard drive is replaced, its data will be transferred to the new drive (covered under "The Works").]

The Software/Firmware services performed are:

bulletVirus scan / removal, and restoration of virus-damaged system files.

bulletFile system cleanup
