To request your media shipping kit(s) and/or estimate, complete the appropriate fields and then click the Submit button.  Estimates are free, shipping kits require a $20 refundable deposit (for US/Canada destinations only).  You'll receive an e-mail invoice from Evergreen Computer Services with a secure link for online credit card payment.  You may also mail a check to the address on our Home Page, or use PayPal (call or send us a message for our PayPal address).  Your deposit will be credited on your final invoice.
