The HouseCall gives you a half-hour, on-site diagnostic service wherever you choose.  If your problem can be fixed during the HouseCall, there's no additional charge.  If you need additional work, we will provide you a simple estimate.  The HouseCall is just $25.

You can choose on-site service for most tasks, drop your machine off with us, or any combination that fits your schedule.  Check our "Prices" page for details of what we can do for you, and call or E-mail if we can provide more information. 

We will arrange to collect your equipment, and return it when the work is complete.  This service includes everything that needs to be done to remove and replace it to your workspace, ready to go.

This choice is available if you'd simply prefer to drop-off or pick-up the unit yourself whenever you plan to be in the area.  Call for easy directions to our home office in Waterville, and you'll be all set.

Travel costs:  To help cover our travel expenses for on-site service, we charge 50¢ per mile (one-way) to your location.
