Shipping kits require a $20 refundable deposit, and are for US/Canada destinations only. You'll receive an e-mail invoice from Evergreen Computer Services with a secure link for online credit card payment. You may also mail a check to the address on our Contact Page, or use PayPal (call or send us a message for our PayPal address). Your deposit will be refunded on your final invoice.
